Bluff House & Cottage is a luxury villa with private, direct access to the world’s renowned Sandy Lane beach. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, this villa spans over approximately an acre of land.

The interior features a coral stone hallway leading into elegant areas ideal for socializing or relaxing. A wonderfully stylish entertaining space has been created amongst lush tropical plants at the centre of the house. This area flows directly onto the pool deck, affording glorious views through the palms to the sea beyond. In turn, the perfect place to unwind is provided in the form of a tastefully decorated sitting room equipped with TV, satellite, video and Sonos facilities.

Adjoining the sitting room is a formal indoor dining area as well as an area for a more relaxed dining, which opens onto a covered patio with stunning views of the grounds.

The villa consists of  six air-conditioned en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom opens onto an expansive terrace with views of the garden and the sea beyond, while the other bedrooms offer views of the grounds.

There is also a fully self-contained two bedroom cottage with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies. A kitchen, a furnished living and dining room and two patios for casual dining and relaxing.

Positioned in a prime location, the villa has many sources of entertainment in close proximity such as Sandy Lane’s legendary 18-hole course.
