The developers are responsible for the following developments in Barbados;
US$5,000 to reserve a unit for 30 days followed by;
15% Deposit on Purchase Agreement (less reservation fee)
25% on Ground Floor Completion
25% on First Floor Completion
25% on Windows, Doors & Roof Completion
10% on Practical Completion
2 Bedroom = US$3,300 per year
3 Bedroom = US$5,000 per year
Pets are not allowed in Skydance Villas.
Each property/apartment has its own lock-up.
There are insurances in place for the building and communal areas and these are factored into the communal fees. However you would be responsible for contents insurance.
