Fergus (Gus) Harding

As CEO of Harding’s International Realty, I lead a fantastic team and brand responsible for representing both buyers and sellers of distinguished properties in Barbados.

Not only was I voted “Young Entrepreneur of the Year” by The British Business Awards and “Young Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year” by Southern Enterprise Awards, I have made several appearances on BBC Essex Radio and Southend TV.

My agency has won a string of industry awards such as “Best Estate Agent in Southend”, “Best Online Luxury Estate Agent” and “Luxury Real Estate Agency of the Year” as well as having had properties and articles featured in media outlets such as The Daily Mail, The Sun, Vogue, House Beautiful, and many, many more!

I grew up in Southend-On-Sea (UK) and that’s where my passion for property began. I founded the agency (at the time t/a Harding Estate Agents) when I was just 21. It started as a small independent agency selling residential and commercial property up to just shy of £1m. After a couple of years, obtaining more awards, staff and stock, it quickly grew in popularity and we started selling overseas in Barbados. This is what gave birth to Harding’s International Realty.

We have since proudly co-broked with agencies & affiliations of some very large brands such as; Sotheby’s, Christie’s, Chesterton’s, Knight Frank, Royal Westmoreland & Regus.

Following further successes we saw the expansion into Turkey with our affiliate brokerage Harding Turkey as well as our digital brokerage BarbadosFractionals.com which specialises in Fractional Ownership across Barbados.

As a brand, we have listed properties across the Caribbean, Europe, Middle East & North America and with prices as high as US$125 million!
