Yes, there is a 5 year rental management programme.
Pets are not allowed in Mullins Grove.
The properties are strictly non-smoking.
10% deposit is required to secure a property, followed by the relevant construction stage payments.
Each property/apartment has its own lock-up where you can store belongings that you wouldn’t want rental guests using. Upon request items can be put out for you prior to arrival.
Yes, they are freehold properties. As they are within a communal/shared building there will be communal costs, in the UK this would often be referred to as “Share of Freehold”.
